BREMEN!

I recently found out that I will be living in Bremen for my first two months in Germany! Out of the 27 year history of CBYX, this is the FIRST year that they will be placing people in Bremen for language school (instead of Saarbruecken). 15 of us will be in Bremen, 20 in Radolfzell, and 40 in Cologne.

Awesome things about Bremen:

-- Beck's Brewery!!
-- the Ratskeller, which has over 600 German wines and the 12 oldest wines in the world
-- Only 3 hours away from Amsterdam and 1 hour from Hamburg (probably faster by train)

And I'm sure I'll find out more when I move there..... can't wait!

    Hey! Hope you're enjoying your first few days abroad and are getting settled in. I was going to say that my cousin Agnes (my older cousin from Iceland) are her husband live in Hamburg and I'm sure would be glad to give you some inside tips if you want to visit sometime.
